in reality no, the heat produced by this gpu goes down, it is very close to the bottom, so push that hot air to somewhere on this small case, is a no go thnks to the width of the gpu
remove the hard disk bay and leave a empty space could let cold and hot air flow in multiple directions this way but if there is not a big fan there doing any cold air intake, well, no cold air will flow there to push more hot air away, so all the pc will work hot all the time and the rear fan will do the best it can pulling hot air out
is not a ideal situation but worse situations have been seen and i have used pcs like that in the past, a nice room heater is what it is
if you can put the hard disk on other place, that is great, if you can put another fan in the fornt of the case if there is none, that is great too
with the gpu itself you can't do anything, the size of the case doesn't help here
is the psu on the top of the case right? the fan up there will help move hot ir out but will make the psu work hotter
all you can do is improve airflow by adding fans pushing cold air in and well, play alot to see how bad it gets
