My full PC Specs are:

PSU: 500 Watts
Motherboard: M4N68T-M-LE-V2
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 B55
RAM: 1 card of 8gb DDR3
Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX 550ti
Storage: 1tb WDC WD10 HDD
Operating System: Windows 10

I have been having to run games at the lowest settings recently and they still run at 30fps and I would like to know either what the best graphics card is that would be compatible or what I should improve so I can run games at 60fps. I can spend up to about £200

The Gtx1070 and Rx570 or Rx580 are your best options but to avoid bottlenecks you may go with the Rx470 or gtx 1060 or even gtx1050ti
And please change that phenom of yours it will surely bottleneck and modern GPU

You may want to look into saving for a processor upgrade in the future, until then, i recommend you lower the most CPU intensive options in games like shadows to lessen processor bottleneck as much as possible.
