Hello everyone, i'm currently working on a system for my friend. Everything booted up fine, but the system is not pushing video out of the graphics card. Its using the Intel on board graphics. It does not appear in the bios, or device manager. Although i do have a "Other Devices" "Network controller" that is not working, not sure if it could be mistaking it for something else or something.

Reinstalling windows
Put the card in my PC, works fine
update the bios
Change out PSU cables
Trying to install Nvidia drivers, no card was detected
