So I just built my new pc, I had installed windows 10, and I had already installed all drivers and was in the process of downloading all my games. I decided I wanted to have a second glance at my bios to optimise the settings more and I turned on OC Genie which is just an auto overclock function for MSI mobo's. My computer restarted after I saved and then I was wondering why the display wasn't showing glanced over at the mobo and saw there was a light on the ezdebug on and it was the CPU one. I have checked all the power cords running to the mobo and they're all in place. I couldn't actually turn the computer off by the front panel either, i have to turn the power off at the back. When I do turn on the power there is power to the pc for about half a second and the RAM light flickers, then about 3 seconds later the PC turns on with the CPU light permanently on. One of the fans also is not getting power for some reason as well...

PC:
MSI z270 sli plus
intel i5-7500
8gb ram
gtx 1050ti
120gb ssd
2tb hardrive
hyper 212x cpu cooler

Solution
Sounds like OCgenie set a bad overclock. Reset may get you back to going. If you dont know how to reset unplug from the wall and remove the motherboard battery for 5 minutes.
