Hello,
I am not sure where to find the most up to date drivers for my VII HERO MOBO?

The websote: (https://www.asus.com/uk/Motherboards/MAXIMUS_VII_HERO/HelpDesk_Download/)
Does have drivers but I am unsure if they are all up-to date or not?

That's the only way to get the latest drivers, from the manufacturer. You can take it for granted they are the latest ones, you won't find newer ones anywhere else.

Tip - don't get paranoid about having to always check for the latest drivers - it's not mandatory you know!

If an existing installed driver and it's related hardware is working fine, leave it be.
