I found a 80gb used ssd at just rs 1500 and 127gb at rs 2000. I am getting a cpu cooler for my u5 and my budget is rs 3400 max. I was going for a hyper 212 and I had even ordered 212x on snap deal but the seller cancelled it. I saw some cheap ssd at eBay and I think I f i just put my windows and some programming and video editing stuff or the slow loading bf4 in there then it will be suffice my needs but then I have to go for a cheap CPU fan under rs 1500. I want to know if it will be worth getting a premium cpu cooler or get a decent one and get a ssd. I have heard its not a good i sea to get used ssd so I am afraid of these too. I have given a link below to both sada and I want to know if one of them will be good and will a rs1500 cooler satisfy i5-2500 decent cooling at 20-40c ambient temps.

I would never, EVER trust buying a used/refurbished SSD or HDD. It's just asking for trouble. Regarding cooling, if your ambient temps go as high as 40C (YIKES!), then yes, you'd benefit from one. The Hyper 212 would have been a good option, but since you are in India I have no idea what your other options are. Try and find something similar in a tower cooler in the same price range. In America, we have the Cryorig R7 which is actually far superior for just a little more money, but I'm not sure if it's available in your country.

80 gb is barely enough to function and that 120 gb looks like something I wouldn't trust.

Well, yea but I can just keep my windows and bf4 in there. My current 1.5tb HDD is getting full with just games. Gta5, bf1, wd2 all are heavy games that I play but the loading is OK for me but bf4 loads a lot slow. I am leaving that 128gb SSD option right now but people have got good reviews for that purchases. I can't contact buyers from my phone as I am not getting the option either.

I am looking for antec a30 or gammax 200t if I go with 128 one but with 80 I can go for antec a40 but without risking I can go for 212 but still I want to know if this SSD are worth it over getting a premium cooler

Get the 212 and skip the drives. bf4 + windows is already to much for the 80 gb ssd and the 120gb will be almost full then. Also these are refurbished and will fail sooner.
