A burning smell came from my pc and the computer fell off. After that it wouldn't boot up. Soo u cut the power on/off. And it gave power for 1sec. I smell the burning part in the top of my pc (motherboard, water cooler, cpu) part. Soo i need some help at what it could be.

My pc:
I7 4790K (Watercooler)
GTX 780 TI 3GB Gaming
MSI Z97 Gaming 5
Corsair 2x 4GB
GX 650w
1x SSD
1x HDD

Solution
I'd take it all apart. Then give each component the ole sniff test. Hopefully, narrowing it down. If that doesn't work. Go over each part with a flash light and magnifying glass or magnifying articulating lamp if you have one. Look for scorch marks and burst capacitors. Check all cables.

If you find nothing. Open up the PSU. By now any current should have dissipated. Still exercise caution as some capacitors could potentially give you a lethal shock.

Spending a couple hours is much better than burning down your house.
