Hello !
I have 1000W corsair power supply using it more than 5 years , so I think it's something wrong with it

here is my specs: GTX 980TI
5960x OC 4.4GHZ
deluxe asus x99
2 ssd
2HDD
2 USB devices
32GB RAM (XMP is off) baseclock is 100 so nothing is overclocked except CPU

I've noticed power crash week ago ,

I was playing a game and PC turned off and then restarted , I had an error "power surge detected"
"PC detected some power supply issues and power surge decided to avoid PSU instability"
it might be not exact quote , but meaning is same .

So , I thought that it's something with game , but yesterday I had same crash when I was working
and my video and CPU went almost to peak point . I think PSU is weared off and its parts inside
can't handle full Overclocked load anymore , but maybe I'm wrong .
I decreased CPU to 4.0 GHZ now , maybe it will help .

any suggestions ?

Your PSU is the older model of HX1000 that comes with 5 years of warranty,
specs: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/professional-series-hx1000-80-plus-certified-modular-power-supply

Due to the age, your PSU is starting to act up. Sadly, since your PSU's warranty is expired, you can't RMA it. Here, i suggest you get yourself a new PSU. You can go with newer HX1000 that comes with 10 years of warranty,
specs: http://www.corsair.com/en-eu/hx-series-hx1000-1000-watt-80-plus-platinum-certified-fully-modular-psu-na

or if you want to have best 1kW (1000W) PSU on the market, then Seasonic PRIME 1000 80+ Titanium,
specs: https://seasonic.com/product/prime-1000-w-titanium/

Seasonic PRIME series is the best offered by Seasonic. PRIME series PSUs are...

My Skylake build (full specs in my sig) is also powered by PRIME 80+ Titanium unit but mine is 650W.

If you're not going for sli do you not need 1000watts.

You can check voltages, see if any really go out of spec or that "Asus Antisurge" is being ridiculous. The next way you can make a log,

download hwinfo32,
install and open it,
check "sensors-only",
click "run",
at the bottom of the window click "logging start",
choose a name and place for the log like "hwinfolog" at the "desktop",
this log can be viewed/opened with either excel from Microsoft or libre office calc.
You also could test with Asus Antisurge disabled, the psu should have it's own protections against too low or too high voltages.

Not saying that Aeacus is wrong. The best solution probably is just getting a new psu,but if Asus Antisurge is acting up might that one seem to give voltages out of spec too.
Can you test with another psu? Maybe from a friend or a local shop ...

no I can't . I'm sure it will be ok with another PSU
cause my PSU was acting strange even some time years ago
I've changed motherboard CPU but that behavior stayed unstable
so , I will change PSU I think .
thank you for your answer.
