Normal to have 97-99% gpu usage while playing overwatch?

After downloading nzxt cam I booted up overwatch and noticed during the game my gpu percentage was up to 99 percent. Still stayed cool as usual (58 C) and achieves max Clock boost. Usage drops off at idle and menu screen.

Specs:
i5-7600k
Strix gtx 1060 OC
16 go ddr4

Assuming that your CPU usage isn't pegged, and you're getting good frame rates, then I would say nothing is wrong. Ideally you want your GPU doing all the heavy lifting, which it seems like it is.
