Will a no-name PSU kill my system after attaching a low power consumption graphics card ?

After 5 years using this old (and misery) system, I felt like I needed something, so I decided to get a new graphics card to replace the intergrated GPU of my CPU. But I later realized that my system was using a no-name PSU that would kill my system if I insert a graphics card that exceed its limit.
So I decided to get a new ASUS GT 1030 which is released recently to play some MMOs, I heard that it use very little power (about 30W). But I wonder if my system would be killed if I attach it? Is it safe to do so?
My system:
CPU: Intel celeron G540 2,5GHz (2 cores) with intergrated graphics
Mainboard: BIOSTAR H61MLV2
Memory: 4GB DDR3 1066
PSU: A no-name brand "Arrow" which said 500W but people told its' real power is about 220W
*I dont have enough money to buy a new graphics card and PSU in the same time
*Also sorry about my bad English

Solution
maybe you can check the manual or asking person/people that knows about your psu. using bad psu is fine as long as it is working properly, but there could also be issue such as the psu broke or can even worse, unstable system, etc. btw note that there might be some bottleneck if you are running a cpu intensive games, mainly bcs your processor clock kinda low
