I'm in hope that someone can help me with finding out whether I dameged my cpu and or the mobo.
Sys specs are
Fx 6350
Gigabyte ga-990fxa-ud3 r4
16gb crucial ballistix elite 1866 cl9
Zotac 1060 6g amp dual fan
Corsair cs650m psu
Corsair h110i w/c set up at top as exhaust.
Thermaltake f31 suppressor

At first I used Aod to oc and stress test which I had it to 4.6g 24/7 with temps 44c under full stress.
And after reading several forums and guides
decided to go for a real oc.

So I began with multiplier and voltage leaving ram at xmp prf 1 with voltage upto
1.60 stock is 1.50.
All seemed to be fine for awhile.
Loaded hwinfo64 and prime95 ran several short blend test along the way then longer runs.
P95 showed 0 worker or hardware failures but most recently info 64 shows L1 and L2 cache errors in the first 15 mins of testing.

OK so let's reset and try bclk
Strarted with
Bclk 205
With higher cpu multi
Nb 2000
Ht 2400
No voltages bumps except for vcore.
This seemed to kill the L1 and L2 errors but started having Worker stopages.
Reset
Lower multi to 20
Lower nb to 1800
Lower ht 2200
And such
At 1 time I had it up to 4.7g
But hardware failures by P95 but no L1 L2 errors.

Even after resetting cmos to defaults I still had L1 and L2 errors 0 worker faults.

So could I have messed up the cpu or mobo by using the LLC, by not calibrating it right.
Or cpu /memory
It's not a temp issue unless you think the Nb at 46-47c
Is to high.

Do I give in and go to my Microcenter and get the 8350
Which is the cheapest I have ever seen it for $110
And $30 Off mobo.
(Ryzen too early yet and not enough $$$$ in my wallet)

or am I just doing this all wrong.
Thank you for your time and help.

Solution
Ok So only 1 response to my qwest for help.
So I can't give a best solution to the question.
I revised my oc and seemed to be ok at a lower oc at least for a backup processor. I replaced it with the 8350 that I picked up from Microcenter for $120.00 out the door.
The ram and mobo seem to be fine.
So consider this closed.
just my thought I wonder if you damaged the cpu... 1.55 volts is considered the safe max limit for the fx vcore but not even for a long life out of them. 1.50 seems really high for factory setting most will be in 1.2 to 1.3 volt range under turbo boost with a lower value at the normal freq.
