Graphics card makes hard drive click

PSU CORSAIR 500M /EVGA 600B

I recently replaced my generic psu with a Corsair 80+ bronze power. After I hooked it up the computer would not boot up, the fans on CPU, GPU and PSU all spin, but nothing makes it to the display and power button on the front of the case, which normally has an LED, doesn't turn on. The hard drive makes a low volume clicking noise. The computer will also sometimes turn itself on and off a few times.

I tried replacing the power supply with a higher wattage one, going from 500w to 600w, but this does not solve the problem.

Since the rig runs without a graphics card perfectly fine, I tried a new graphics card, going from an R9 380 to an RX 570, but the power issues and the clicking persists.

Is there anything I'm missing or can try? The computer itself is only a few months old but I don't think I can warranty it as it works without the graphics card.

Solution
Have you tried a different hard drive? Maybe it's the disk what is broken. Try to put some ssd or other one from laptop (2.5 will do) you can plug it with normal sata connector and it will work. Hope I helped! :)
