Hey guys,

Firstly anybody who can help, I appreciate it

Well firstly I reinstalled Windows 10 and then used Driver Booster which then led to playing Overwatch and coming across white screen errors. Another one which came up was a light blue one, no text. This forced me to turn the power off.

I reinstalled Windows again, now I seem to think my graphics card is failing on me, or close too. When playing Overwatch I go up to 122 fps then drop to 40, then it goes straight back up again (see the graph attached). On the FPS drops I was about 55C.

Is this a hardware problem? Is there anythink I can do to fix t? Thanks

Well, I would go into the bios and make sure everything is properly detected in there, then I would check the driver software for the card and make sure that everything in there is fine. If that does not work install something like msi afterburner and make that the card is getting the right voltage. If nothing still works, and your card is a overclocked model with a aftermarket cooler, then down clock it to reference card speeds (which you can find online). If that does not work, then you may need to invest in a new card. I have also had motherboards that have eaten my graphics cards and produced effects like that, so your mobo may be your problem. Good Luck!

What I suggest doing is :

Check if everything is beying recognised in bios (like up the comment)

Reseat the gpu

Make the power limit go as high as it can in msi afterburner

RMA your gpu if your warranty is still present

Hope I helped :)
