Sorry for the noob question, I have an MSI B250M PRO VD motherboard with 2 sticks of ddr4 crucial ballistix sport 4gb (total of 8b), and I'm aiming to buy an aftermarket CPU cooler which is a be quiet pure rock slim, will this cpu cooler interfere with my ram? or is there another better, cheaper option for a cpu cooler, sorry this is my FIRST build

You go to the be quiet! website and look up the pure rock slim under products. It'll give an overview, but there's also a stats page etc which gives dimensions etc. There you'll be a to see just how much clearance you have. The LPX is a low profile ram, basically has no heatsinks above the normal level of the ram, so has the best chance of fitting underneath any overhanging fans. You only need 1mm of clearance.
