Can I run GTA:V with these specs?

im just wondering if i can run gta 5 with these specs on 720p resolution. 2.66ghz quad core intel, 4gb ram, radeon hd 4870 1gb vram 750mhz clock dx10

well my specs are lower than urs and i can play almost 20-40 fps on low with 1366x768, though keep in mind, if u want to play, make sure u close other unused app ( and i mean everything else unused ) since the game gonna grind ur rig pretty hard

for setting suggestion: it would be best to start from the lowest (with 720p) and see how much fps u get, then change the setting later
