Micro atx mobo

Hello! I have this Asrock b250m-hdv mobo which is micro atx and I'm planning to change the stock cooler to CM hyper 212 evo, do you think it will fit my mobo? and I'm using SPEC 01 case. Thanks!

It should fit the motherboard, but the case is limited to a 150 mm high cooler: http://www.corsair.com/en-gb/carbide-series-spec-01-red-led-mid-tower-gaming-case The cooler is 159 mm high: http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/hyper-212-evo/ If available, the slightly better Cryorig H7would fit both the motherboard and case.
