why my fps low, help me :((

i just finished building pc. with spec bellow, but when i run my game (GTA v with setting high) , the fps is really low (15-45 fps). i have update bios, driver. but it still low fps. in other game i tried Pro evolution soccer 2017, the fps is stuck at 60 but its lag. please help me. thanks

- MSI pc mate
- nitro+ rx 480 4gb
- ram 2x4 gb
- superflower leadex gold 650 watt

i run the game in 1080p

Looking at your video, your graphics card is max'd out most of the time. I'd tune your detail settings until you find a balance between acceptable FPS and good looking graphics.

Also, is this Windows 10? Are updates running in the background? That's a very common problem for that OS.

any background apps doing their work? like perhaps u play while copying stuff or while installing a game, try to close all unused apps before playing. if the fps is still not stable, consider on lowering pedestrian variation setting (the one that add more diversity to the crowd on the street)

okey i will try to lowering pedestrian :) . but i still not undestand why pro evolution soccer lag :(
