Does this build play games at ultra settings with txaa and vsync on?

And also suggest me a power supply which can handle this build easily.

That's an impossible question to answer. What games do you play? If it's DotA 2, LoL, Starcraft 2, CS:GO, or similar (Note: These are all e-sports titles) then absolutely. If you are talking about The Witcher at 4k, then no. Unless we know what games you want to play, and a what resolution, then giving us 'Ultra settings' is only 1 piece of a 3 part puzzle.
