Im Finding A Good Heatsink For my A10-7850k
Im Gonna OC it
And I Only Found this good is
Hyper 212X

My Case is Deepcool Smarter with Dimension(LxWxH) : 420*201*365mm And The CPU Cooler Compatibility is 165mm

Cause im gonna OC my ASUS STRIX GTX 950

Not sure why you want to spend more than $250. There is no reason to spend over $150 as these are already top end HSF and PSU:
