I've been experiencing freezes when gaming for a while now. It's a full freeze with the noise becoming static. No BSOD, nothing in the event viewer and only a hard reset work.
So far I have tried the following:

Sometimes the freeze wont be there for 2 months, sometimes I'll have it every hour. Type of game does not seem to matter, I have it with all the games I play.
Would anyone have any more ideas because I'm running out of them

-Upgrading the bios to the latest version
-Updating all drivers
-RMA'd the GFX card
-Memtestx86 and the Windows memtest - Both passed
-Prime95 - Passed
-Unity benchmark - Passed
-Monitored the temps - 42-45 under load for CPU and 70-75 for GFX card under load
-Reinstalled Windows 10 and installed Windows 7
-Disabled the ASmedia USB 3.1 driver
-Disabled Cstates
-Underclocked ram to 2133Mhz
-Replaced a few hard drives

MSI GTX 970
Corsair 650W PSU
