I get BSOD when i try to run OCCT

I wanted to test my gpu and RAM since something weird is happening with them (random freezes and crashes when playing games, even while watching videos). I downloaded OCCT to test them, but every time i try to open the program i get BSOD saying "page fault in nonpaged area"
And below it says
What went wrong:
"cpuz141. x32"
I runned memtest86 a month ago and it found 186 errors

[OS = Windows 10]

I didnt because i will get new pc soon, but until i do i wanted to see what is the problem.
Btw that erorr never happened to me

If you ran a memory test and discovered errors, you already have your answer. RAM errors need to be addressed first, as they can and will give symptoms of any number of other problems, which may not even exist, as the RAM is obviously essential to running the entire system.
