Bad sectors on hdd

I'm afraid you can't fix them as it's caused by wear-and-tear to the drive platters, that's why the number of bad sectors increases over time through even more wear-and-tear. You have to replace the drive.
In fact, with 15000 of them it should have been replaced well before now, I'm amazed the drive is even still usable.
