Hi there,
Currently I'm building a PC by this summer and would like to know your opinions.
Here is the components list:

CPU: i5 6600k
GPU: MSI/EVGA GTX 1050Ti
MOBO: Asus Z170-A
HDD: WD 1TB
PSU: CXM 550W
CPU cooler: Cooler master hyper 212 EVO
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 2400Mhz

What do you think?
My budget is not that much,I just want to play P3D and GTA V fine.

Solution
6 gb version is much better then 3 gb. However, in most places rx 580 is cheaper then 1060 6gb, and those cards are same performance level. But if you are NVidia fan or the prices are different at your place, 1060 6gb is also great choice.
Pairing up high level CPU with entry level GPU - not exactly best idea, unless playing only games that require good CPU but not necessarily good GPU (like Civilization). OR unless you think about upgrading GPU quite soon.
Not saying it will not work - because it's solid setup, and the only weak points are low GPU and lack of SSD.

I could try to buy a 2nd hand GTX 1060 3GB,maybe it could work? And regarding dual monitor setup,if I want to use a monitor for gaming and the other one for googling, does it work? And what I need for that?

1060 3gb version is not good card, in some games it falls behind 1050ti due to lower amount of vram. If your budget is not big enough, my suggestion would be to get lower CPU (and motherboard as a consequence) and put that money into GPU. Taking i5-6500 and B150 motherboard would easily save enough money to make 580 affordable.
As for dual monitor setup, yes it works and is quite simple. If using Win 10 all you need is 2 monitors and 2 video cables, nothing more :)

So from what can I understand I should go for a GTX 1060 6GB,I found some 2nd hand still in warranty,do you think it's a good go? And I assume no bottleneck right?

So with an i5 6500 I could get a GTX 960 4GB or a GTX 1050Ti? Which one is the best with GTA V and IV?

If it's still in warranty, great choice. And of course no bottleneck.
