Hello! I bought an RX 460, and after days of troubleshooting, I sent the card back to the shop. They tested it on two different configurations and said the card had absolutely no problems. After driver re-installment, windows re-installment and more and more troubleshooting, nothing would fix the problems(Game crashes, Random black screen for 2-3 seconds). The computer has no problems if the GPU is not installed, so I assume it is a power supply problem.

This is my power supply: NOX URANO NX 650W (You probably won't find any reviews for it, but the NX series is one of the best from NOX, but it's still NOX and it's a bad quality PSU)

Here is my configuration:

- i3 4170 @ 3.7GHZ
- 2x4GB RAM DDR3 1600mhz
- 1x HDD 500GB 7200rpm
- 1x DVD/CD Reader
- ASUS H81M-A Motherboard
- ASUS RX 460 Dual-Fan 2GB OC (1224mhz Core, 1750mhz memory)
I also have 2 case fans, if that counts for anything.

I've been eyeing the XFX TS 430W but it's currently out of stock everywhere, so now I'm looking at a Seasonic ECO 430W, but I can't find any review of the PSU. I assume it's good quality because Seasonic, but doesn't hurt to have an outside opinion :)

If you also have any reccomendations outside that PSU my budget is ~50€ tops. Also, please consider I'm from Portugal, there are some brands that are harder to find around here.

Here's the link to the SEASONIC ECO 430W:

Thank you!

what a country ahhaha, im glad seasonic and xfx are widely available for you.

the xfx ts 430w= the seasonic eco, its a seaosnic eco with an xfx sticker on top of it.
I know its hard to earn money, but honestly I would save up 10 euros more even if you need to work 2 hours more for the corsair cx450m https://www.pcdiga.com/fontes-de-alimentacao/fonte-corsair-cx450m-cp-9020101-eu

otherwise get the eco, for the rx 460 it doesnt matter, but it would if you get a 1070 in the future or 2070.

Because the corsair is more stable, more efficient , and can handle a bit more demanding card in the future.
You have got a really sweet system that you can do alot with.

I won't do an upgrade that big haha, this PC will always and forever be a budget system. Since I'm in university, and this desktop is more of a project, giving out more 18€ is kind of a lot, unfortunely, as I don't have any monetary income. For the current system, the Seasonic one would suffice?

On the tier list it says XFX TS 430W is on tier 2, and if what superninja12 said checks out, the ECO 430W is a rebranded TS 430W, so shouldn't it be a solid PSU? Sorry haha, I'm really in a tight budget :p

Or the other way around yeah, haha, anyway, thanks for the input, I'll take the ECO 430W then. Kind regards!

it's wrongly tiered.
the TS450/550/650 are based on the Seasonic S12II, which is a good entry level PSU

the TS430 (thanks XFX branding & marketing department) is based on the Seasonic Eco 430W, which is better than the 35€ HEC units it competes against but isn't really the best of units.
seeing as a S12II is only 10€ more expensive, the Eco isn't the best buy imo

Hi! Just to update with what I ended up with, I found a Seasonic S12II 520W for 54€, it was on discount, so I took it right away! Very happy with it, no problems so far since upgrading :) Thanks y'all!
