A noob help with EVGA 650W G2 ECO Mode

Hey there
So this question is super *idiotic* but I'm sorry :D
So I have an EVGA 650 G2, and I'm wondering which way the switch is the ECO mode turned on .. I've taken a picture and would like to know if that means ECO mode is on or off (I would like it off, should I flip the switch or keep it as is) :

Wow never thought it comes on ECO by default, that's why I thought I might have my logic reversed and it actually meant off :D
