My friend wants me to build him a PC for a very strict $350. He wants to play to Player Unknown's Battlegrounds at 1080p 60fps at least. A mouse, keyboard, and windows oem need to be included. I am willing to buy used. Can anybody help me find the right parts to build the system for him?

Not going to happen with that budget minus windows key, keyboard and mouse we are left with 230$. PUBG runs only at 60 fps on higher end systems due to it being in early access and optimization is a end of development focus. Save up 200-300 more and ask again as even going used with that budget is extremely hard to get anything decent.
