I have an HP laptop with preinstalled Windows 7. I have another PC where I want to install Windows 7.

I want to know how to create a bootable disc or flash drive from the laptop to install the Windows 7 to the PC.

I have the product key from the laptop.

Is this possible?

Yes, exactly that!

Think of it like hardware.
Just because you bought some RAM once, does not mean that you can ask Crucial for more RAM, for free, for all your future systems.

1 license, 1 PC.
And the laptop OEM license is even more restrictive:
1 license, that device and only that device.

No, this is not possible.
1. The OEM license on the laptop is for the laptop only.
2. You can't create a Windows install from an already installed OS.

Buy a valid OS license, and you can download the Win 7 ISO direct from Microsoft.
