Dark Rock Advanced C1 and MSI X370 SLI PLUS? (AM4)

Hi guys!

I was wondering if a Be Quiet! Dark Rock Advanced C1 would fit on a MSI X370 SLI PLUS. I know that it will probably only mount vertically, but i'm wondering if it fits in terms of blocking the RAM slots (or not).

If you know, let me know. Thanks in advance.

Side note: I already checked if it fits inside my case, and it does. (My case is a Corsair Carbide 400C)

I'd also like to now if a Be Quiet! Dark Rock 3 would fit on that motherboard without blocking any RAM slots.

Doesnt say it supports on the OEM site, so I dont think so.

about the dark rock 3 it will only work with low profile ram, I cant find the memory clearance.
however it will work with your motherboard.

I know for a fact that it will work on the AM4 socket, you can order free AM4 brackets from Be Quiet! if you purchased one of their coolers.

Anyway, thanks for the info, I won't be buying the dark rock 3 then.

For their newest coolers yes, they got a mark order your free am4 bracket here.
im not so sure with that cooler(c1).

why dont you consider cryorig?

I preferably want the cooler to be under 160mm in height, but it doesn't have to be, so feel free to recommend coolers above 160mm in height.

The cooler has to be under 170mm in height, else it won't fit in my case.

cryorig was a small group of friends that worked for computer companies, they rule now the cpu cooler world.

Now i'm being really nitpicky about this, but can you maybe recommend a similar cooler (without RAM clearance issues) that is a little bit cheaper? Like around the 60-70 price point. (I still might go for the R1 Universal, but just to see the other options).
