My gaming pc does this thing recently where during any game(steam games so far i think), at random it will appear to be frozen with no stuttering beforehand, pre loaded audio(background music etc) appears to not be affected for the first 10 sec or so but when i play online with a friend, sound effects from him do not play. The fps counter will drop to 1 and it will take about 20 seconds per frame. About 5 frames later(about 2 minutes) it will resume like normal for a random amount of time.(usually a few hrs) I monitored everything but disk usage and internet usage. Up to the problem happening everything is normal and during the problem its like my pc just goes into idle state. cpu and gpu drop to almost nothing for the whole event, but ram and vram stay the same. My temps are very low on all components so its not likely its thermal throttling. i dont remember all the games it does this with, but its possible they are the ones strictly on my ssd vs hdd(boot disk) im just not sure. Please help
