This is not the first time this has happened, it happened not even a month ago, the PC just crashes with a blue screen and it says that message.

When it automatically restarts it just crashes again. For some reason i was able to get into the OS by just going in the BIOS and exiting it. When I get into the OS I get spammed with errors that say "The instruction at 0x00000006EDFC00 referenced memory at 0x00000004EDF5C00. The memory could not be writted. Click OK to terminate the program" and the box is WerFault.exe - Application error

I talked to a microsoft support rep and they tried having be boot to lgkc and it said critical process died with a blue screen then we tried to use recovery mode and it blue screen crashed again. Then we tried to re install windows, it crashed again, Nothing is working.

He said he could not help me anymore. He thinks it is a problem on my SSD where windows is installed. It is a 256gb 850 evo. I also have a 2TB WD Black.

Is there ANY way to just completely wipe the hard drives clean so only the BIOS will be there. That is the only option I can see left that might work.

I believe he had me try something that gave me the option to keep my files or to not. We tried both and both gave me a blue screen saying critical process died.

I should note that this happened after I reinstalled overwatch, played it for a bit and then closed it.
both times it happened I believe.

Please help.

I should also add the pc is brand new just built it 2 months ago.

try booting with one ram stick in case on stick went bad. if your mb has onboard video pull the gpu to see ifit a power issue. if you dont need files on the ssd use another pc make windows 10 installer usb stick see if you can wipe the ssd clean and start again. try taking the ssd out and making sure in another pc it firmware it up to date.

So i tried wiping both drives and reinstalling windows on both drives. that didnt work. i took out the hdd and that didnt work. when i took out a single stick of ram it actually booted to windows but after a bit it gave me the error The instruction at 0x00000006EDFC00 referenced memory at 0x00000004EDF5C00. The memory could not be writted. Click OK to terminate the program again and then crashed. i kept switching around the ram in different slots and the same thing kept happening. So i believe it is faulty ram.

that seems like the absolute least likely scenario especially for non overclocked CPUs. but if you think so I will try that.
