Hello, I have a problem with this card, I have my own custom built pc but I don't know anything about netwerk cards or anything about internet. On the box it says something about 1300mbs on 5Ghz and 600mbs on 2.4Ghz. My download speed nevers goes over 6mbs so I know my pc is on 2.4Ghz, I did some research and I had to change my router to 5ghz, I looked on my router website and it says you can connect to 2.4 and 5. Than they told me to change it in my settings of my computer. They told me to switch it from 2.4 to 5 at the section preffered bandwith. But it only says 802.11a and 802.11g/b and I don't know what to do. I went through every section but cannot find anything linked to 2.4 or 5ghz. Can you guys please help. And for the people that will tell me to get cabled, I cannot get a cable to my room because we rent the house and are not allowed to make holes in the floor as I live on the second floor.

I have the exact wireless AC card in my desktop. The signal goes through2 drywalls and about 25 feet to my Linksys wireless "N" router (I know one is AC and the other is N).

When I first installed this T9E card I had trouble because the supplied driver did not work. A call to Customer Support in China solved the problem. They sent me a new driver and walked me through the installation. Good customer support! Everything works well now for over a year! Games run well!

If you are still experiencing problems, look into your router and make sure that it is fine.
