New RX 580 Help with possible driver Issues

I got a new RX 580 8GB, but when my computer starts, it'll stop having video input after the windows logo. I've found that I can start my computer normally by going into safe mode, and disabling the rx 580 driver in device manager, so I can start normally, but amd drivers that i've uninstalled and reinstalled claim that their is no amd drivers, so I kinda don't know what to do anymore. Any help would be great.

It's been a bit frustrating but I actually solved the problem, so thanks anyway. For some reason it would black screen my VGA cord once it got to windows but my hdmi works fine. And with that the drivers all worked.
