Is there a bottleneck while playing bf1?

I have these specs:
Core i5 6400
Gtx 980 ti G1
16gb of Ram

is there any chance that having this specs while playing in 200% resolution will somehow bring my performance down, or rather not optimize the resolution well? My goal for now is to have the max settings as possible in bf1

Hello Jarie_Punz.
Your GPU is more powerful than your CPU therefore, bottleneck is to be expected I'd recommend not worrying too much though, seeing how it is not that powerful, however if you consider upgrading your GPU in the future you would be better off upgrading the CPU. Overall you have a good PC and you will be able to play battlefield on ultra settings on 50-60 FPS.

so if i were to buy i7 7700k, would it be possible for my pc to run bf1, in 1440p, 200% resolution and above 60 fps? i'm still researching on how to deal with this kind of stuff...
