I just finished building my first system in over 10 years. It boots up without issue and I can do just about anything I need in Windows without issue. The problem I'm having is when I try and play a game. I've tried 3 different games now (minecraft, planet coaster, and skyrim) and in each one will run for about a minute or so, then crash without an error. All of my drivers are up to date so I'm not sure what is causing this. Any help is appreciated.

System Specs

AMD Ryzen 1600x
Asrock x370 taichi mobo
Gigabyte 1060 G1 Gaming 6GB
16gb of Corsair Vengence LPX DDR4 3000
rosewill quark series 750w modular PSU

A bit more info...

Tested ram out using mdsched.exe and didn't have any errors
CPU temps never get above 35c

I'm really at a loss here so again, any help is greatly appreciated.

Figured it out... One of the sticks of RAM appears to be bad. When installed individually, stick A will boot up the game and allow me to play without issue for extended periods of time. Stick B causes the game to crash when it simply attempts to start. Massive bummer that I can't play with my new system but at least I know what the issue is.
