I've tried replacing thermal paste used MX4 and using a stock cooler. Up until a month ago I was always comfortable at the 75 degree under load. But now it spikes to 100 degrees under full load. The fan is blowing fine. And I've made sure the contact between the fan and the cooler is good. I'm afraid I'm gonna have to upgrade my fan or even CPU.
