Laptop fans spin fast when idle

I have just bought a Lenovo Yoga 710 14IKB and it's great. The only problem being, that the fans start spinning very fast randomly. It's very annoying since it swings from 100% to 60% speed within a second.
This weird problem doesn't happen all that often, only about 3 times an hour and lasts for about 5 minutes when it's plugged into a power outlet. about once every hour, when it's running on battery. The computer is not hot at all when the fans spin rapidly at 100%, but when I look at the temps on the CPU and the GPU through HWMonitor(CPUID) or GPU-Z, it says that the computer is 70 degrees Celcius (158 Fahrenheit).

The weird thing is, that it's not hot AT ALL and that the temperature, can drop from 70c to 37c in less than two seconds? That seem very unlikely. It's totally updated, have done virus scans, updated BIOS and enabled a program called NoteBook FanControl, which seems to have fixed the issue a little. I have also turned off Bullguards firewall, which helped some too. Before I tried fixing it myself, it "Heated up" all the time. It doesn't matter what surface I put it on, even my old surface pro 2 (Ha. Ha, for the Microsoft fanboys out there), even if I take it outside in the morning when it's really cold and is cold to the touch since it has a metal body, the problem still occurs. (FYI, I live in Denmark in Northern Europe, where it's often very cold)
Could it be the thermostat on the CPU?BTW., All cores get hot on the CPU and the GPU is turned off, since the CPU has onboard graphics (Intel 620) Please help, before I return it.

Thanks in advance!
