I have an S340 case, which originally was modified by a pc builder and has a logo that lights up in the front. In the back of the case at the top, there is a small reset button that would turn the front LED on and off.
I accidently pulled the wire out of the back, and out of the LED.
Here is how it was wired, from back to front:
Rear of case reset switch, which was powered by the same molex that powers the 2 case fans. The other wire would go into the front of the case to connect to the LED.
In the picture, left is the on/off switch with the disconnect wires, to the right of that some type of 3 pin connector with little wings that goes into a 2pin connection to the led (not pictured), then the molex power, which leads to 2 fan connections.
I don't care as much about the on/off switch, I just want the logo powered.
I tried a molex to 3 pin female to try to connect to the LED's 2 pin, but it did not power. That's why I need to know what to do.
