Compatible Optical Drives

Anyone know a good QUIET optical drive that can read blue ray and DVD, and read and write CD?
Looking for one for under $60 to use for my new pc

Also make sure it is compatible with my case:
NZXT - Phantom 630 Windowed Edition (White) ATX Full Tower Case

Basically any 5.25" optical drive will work.
But they don't come with Sata data cables, so unless you have some leftover (your motherboard typically comes with at least 2) you'll have to buy some more.

The ones around $45 seem to have some quality issues, so I just went with a bit nicer one, also it seems to have an all black front so it will blend in well with the case.

Not for under $60. And probably not produced at all, optical drives are a dying thing, you get black and that's it.

It's... gonna be a little expensive buying everything you'd need to paint it with.
Since your other empty slots on the front are black, I figured it would blend in better.

it will be hard to find a good quiet internal optical drive especially one in white. if you're looking for style then you should look into external optical drives like this one

If you're very careful, you can paint it.

I painted the drawer front of mine grey, to match the case.
All it needed was masking tape and a can of spray paint.
