Hello, been having issues with my machine for some time. Eg. GPU cutting out, disappearing from device manager. I believed it to be a problem with the GPU only so I got a new one (gtx 1050 ti). Installed it yesterday and did clean install of latest drivers.

However, since installing the new graphics card, I've had the machine randomly restart itself during games and when I now start games up the screen turns a solid colour with no text (so far I've seen blue, pink and cream). The machine then reboots itself. windows event log shows a dcom error 10016 but this might be a red herring.

I've used windows memory diagnostic and no issues found but not ruling out a RAM issue.

Any thoughts on what might be causing this or what I can do to investigate and fix?

Specs:
Gtx 1050 ti
650w power supply
Intel Core I5 4460 CPU
8GB DDR3 1600Mhz (2X4GB)
Intel H81M Chipset Motherboard

What are your spec's? I suggest first make sure the motherboard bios is updated. Then scan the drives smart, generic, and self test using the drive makers tools. You need a PSU to test with if those dont fix the problem. A cheap Antec 380 earthwatt can easily run the video card.
