on the past threads that i have made, i have been doing a lot of research on building my first pc. Even so, i had almost given up because eventually i got tired, but i haven't given up yet and i planned to make a cheap (about) 1000$ CDN pc. Since your budget is around $1000 I would suggest swapping the GPU to the RX 580 4gb.
