DDR3 Memory isn't running at stock speed...

Solution
Command rate is 1T. That's certainly one of reasons for crashes.

When 4 ram slots are populated in dual channel motherboard, command rate has to be set to 2T.
Your games might be crashing because of the 3MHz base overclock you have.

As far as your RAM goes, it is running at stock JEDEC speeds that are detected by your motherboard. You can change this in the BIOS.

You are also running two separate speeds of RAM, DDR3-1066 and DDR3-1333, so it looks like your motherboard is trying to run everything at 533MHz (1066 MT/s).

Running cattywampus memory configurations yields cattywampus results.

1) it's defaulting to 533MHz (1066MHz effective) which is normal. It can't go higher because you're mixing sticks.

2) Run MEMTEST86 for a full pass www.memtest86.com to see if you get errors (almost, but not 100% true that no errors means not a DDR3 memory issue)

3) if still crashing, then try running with TWO sticks at a time (see motherboard manual for recommended configuration with only two sticks). If that shows it's a memory issue you may be able to play around with timings, voltage etc to get it stable. (such as raising CAS and or voltage... google for more info)
