System Specs:
OS: Windows 10 64 Bit
MOBO: MSI Z87-G45
PSU: Cosair TX650 Watt
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 2GB GDDR5
RAM: G.Skill 8 GB DDR3

So last week I tried overclocking my CPU and GPU, didn't like it, so I stopped overclocking my GPU. Played games quite fine for 3 days, then PC started crashing going into games like PUBG, stopped overclocking CPU, still crashing, reinstalled windows 10, updated latest drivers, etc. Still crashing, even when trying CS:GO or Heaven Benchmark. Sometimes GPU clock speeds fluctuate at idle going from 159 MHz to 1149 MHz, or just constant 1149 MHz on idle. During gaming in CS:GO, GPU clock speeds go up to 1241 and down to 1149, and voltage goes up to 1200 mV and down to 1200 mV

Stats before crash (running Heaven Benchmark or going into CS:GO):
GPU temp 49 C
GPU core clock 1110 MHz
GPU memory clock 1241 MHz
Voltage 1200 mV
CPU 42 C
CPU core speeds 3599.2 MHz

I have no idea what's the problem, is it the GPU probably? Is it damaged if so, how would I fix this.

i used CPUID HWMonitor because i couldnt find the asus software you mentioned, but i got

+12V as 12.144V
+5V as 5.080V

under stress
