Hey guys, please save me!

I've purchased a brand new PC and did the installation last week. It was running perfectly until I format my computer.

ASUS Strix Z270i motherboard
Intel Core i7 7700k
16gb Corsair Dominator Platinun
EVGA Supernova 750 P2
Samsung 950 PRO 512GB
ASUS STRIX GTX 1080 O8G

After formating and installing drivers, the PC asked for a restart. I did it, right after that the CPU QLED got solid red and don't let the system POST. I was able to boot only when removing the VGA.

So, when VGA is connected, the CPU QLED got stuck and don't let the system post, what the heck??? What does the VGA being connected influences on CPU QLED?

I'll be very happy to have any answers...

Thanks and regards,

Now, an bizarre update:

1) Without the VGA, I got the CPU QLED lit. Shut down the PC, booted again, same error.

2) After removing 1 RAM stick, It went to the BIOS. Shut down the PC, inserted the second stick, went to the BIOS and got artifacts on onboard GPU.

3) Removed both RAM sticks, inserted the VGA, got the CPU QLED.

4) Removed the VGA, inserted the RAM back, got the RAM QLED for the first time.

5) Restarted the PC, it's running flawlessly right now.

So, is that the motherboard, RAM, CPU or VGA issue!? lol I need to RMA something, I just don't know what :(
