Is this configuration a console equalizer??!!

So after the GT 1030 came out I started wondering about its performance. After some YouTube research it seems to be like a descent card aka better than GTX 750 so I wonder of this configuration can withstand of outperform the PS4 or XBO performance :

H110 motherboard
G4560 7th gen dual core processor
8 GB of DDR4 RAM
GT 1030
CABINET AND SMPS COMBO 450W PSU

PLEASE REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND GIVE YOUR SUGGESTIONS

If you want a PC that performs like a last gen console why not just buy a console. Keep in mind they generally have reduced resolution and graphic settings compared to a PC port so even if they are equivalent in hardware, you will need to drop the settings accordingly, and even then consoles are a little more optimised generally on the same level of hardware. Games that are released on console and PC may not even scale down enough on PC to be playable unlike the version released for original PS4 / XB1 which have known hardware limitations.

I would not buy anything other than a low end i5 and 1050 Ti 4GB for a basic 1080p gaming box. It will be worth the extra money.
