I have one rated 800w smps (I don't think it is a 800w and not using in any my system)
On it's specification it is mentioned half-bridge.

What does that means and is it good enough to run any computer system?

A DC-DC converter that allows high wattage on less expensive components.

that is a very cheap power supply. most of the available power is on the minor rails. only 22A on 12V will limit the GPU's that can be used.
I would not rely on that PSU unless I absolutely had no choice.

By the label it will work. I cannot speak to its quality as I can find no reputable reviews, and that usually is not good.
I'm wary.

That might actually be one of the horrid power supplies I've ever seen. Most "800W" power supplies actually at least put plausible lies on the label, they don't even bother pretending there's any way that it's even a 400 W power supply. I might use this power supply to power an eggplant, if I didn't care too much about the eggplant.
