Hello, does the Gigabyte GA-H81M D2v have any kind of integrated graphics? because my gpu is bricked and my xeon has no integrated graphics. but with the display connected to the motherboard i can start the pc but get no signal.
Your motherboard supports Integrated Graphics, provided, the CPU you use has one. Since you have a Xeon, then, your motherboard cannot output any video from its on-board display ports. In short, the iGPU is CPU-dependent.
If you can get (or borrow) a cheap LGA1150-socket CPU, such as a Celeron G18xx or a Pentium G32xx/G34xx, you can get the iGPU-support of your motherboard to work.

what price can i expect? and do i have to reapply heat paste?
Not sure about the used-market prices in your location. Those CPUs (and your motherboard) are quite old. Buying new is not worth it (it costs ~$100++) for such older/outdated components.

Yes, that's another option (getting a cheap PCIe graphics card), or, depending on your budget and what you will actually use the PC for, get the actual graphics card that you need.
