Is my motherboard fried?

My computer wont start, or it kinda will. When i turn it on, the fans and the led starts. But there arent any motherboard beeps at all, and just a black screen on my monitor. The other day when i was playing a game on the computer, my sister dropped a screw inside the cabbient amd it hit the mother board, the moment the srew hit, everything shut off, and that is the situation im im now. Please help

Unfortunately there is no help for you. Take your computer to a repair shop and be ready to pay their bill and new component if you are lucky, if not be ready to pay for the components.
