I am building a new PC with following parts since I have a limited budget:
- Intel i5 7500
- H270 Gigabyte mobo
- 8 GB RAM 2133 MHz
- GTX 1060 3GB GPU
- 2 TB HDD
- Wifi Card

Please suggest:
1. Do you think there is any compatibility issues with this config especially with GPU
2. I have heard a lot about Seasonic PSU but they are not easily available in India and they are very expensive (almost double the price), which other PSU I should buy - Corsair or CoolerMaster ? Which Model - VS550, CX550M or CM450 ?
3. Shall I go for 16 GB RAM or 8 gb is more than enough ?
4. If I go for 16gb then shall I get 4x4gb or 2x8gb RAM ?
5. I am still confused if I should go for i7700 but that is way too expensive. Is i5 7500 is powerful enough to allow me to play few games.

Solution
1.) No compatibility issues. All of the parts you listed will work together. Just check the spatial clearance of the GPU if it fits your case.

2.) If Seasonic is expensive, the Corsair CX550M (gray-colored label) is the best among your listed choices above.

3.) 8GB is considered minimum in gaming; 16GB is recommended (if your budget permits). You would also want to consider going for a faster RAM speed, that is, 2400MHz (which is the max. your CPU/MB supports) instead of the 2133MHz.

4.) 2x8GB is ideal. Puts less stress in memory controller but takes advantage of dual channel speeds. Also gives you 2x RAM slots in case you decide adding more in the future (but I doubt it). If you don't see yourself adding more to that 16GB RAM...

1. not that I can see
2. seasonic is one of the best PSU manufacturers around, full stop. the new CX series (black and grey label only, run away from the green labelled cx series)from corsair has proven to be a high quality budget oriented unit.
3 Get the most RAm you can afford, adding RAM later can introduce timing conflicts.
4 get the best priced units, if a 4x4 is cheaper get it
5 that is a gaming chip. if you just want to game this is the chip, gaming and streaming would benefit from more threads.

If you don't see yourself adding more to that 16GB RAM, and you like the aesthetics of having all your RAM slots filled, then 4x4GB may be considered.

5.) i7-7700 has hyperthreading technology (HTT) making its 4 cores work on 8 threads. i5-7500 has no HTT, so its 4 cores work on 4 threads. Consider the i7-7700 only if you'd be gaming AND doing multitasking work on your PC. Consider the i5-7500 if your PC is purely for gaming. The i5-7500 is powerful enough for any games you throw at it using that GTX 1060 (you can even upgrade to a more powerful GPU using that i5-7500).

1~No Compatibility issues for sure.
2~Search for Seasonic on ebay and you might find a good deal(i got a seasonic 650W 80+ Bronze for 7k)
3~As for now just stick with 8GB as it will suffice most of the games!
4~1*8GB is better than 2*4GB!!(considering you are comfortable with 8GB of RAM)
5~Definitely go for i7 as it will be a good future proof.

Also if possible go for GTX 1060 6GB edition as with the 3GB edition one wont suffice if you intend to do 4K gaming.!!
Also the specs of the 6GB variant are much much better than the 3GB, so try to go for the 6GB variant.
PS- the GTX 1060 6GB edition is almost 14% faster than the 3GB variant.

Hope this helps.
Thanx and happy gaming.
