H270 board will not allow you to overclock your i5 7600k

1070 will allow you to play on 144 monitor, but i would rather get 1060 6gb, 60HZ monitor and for the money saved get better cpu cooler something like Noctua - NH-U12S and 256GB SSD but hey that's just my opinion :p

i dont really care about overclocking, the m9i is good for me because i am planinng on overclocking my cpu right ? i want the 1070 because its better than the 1060 and i really dont want a 60HZ montiror because i would have just use my laptop i want somthing much better than my laptop,sorry if my english is <mod edit> and you couldnt understand a thing XD

i can afford this pick but then i wont be able to buy a table and a case, how is the Z270 is better for the k cpus ? all i know that the z270 board can overclock but mine cant and i dont care about overclocking
