What should I do

So, basically I ordered new parts for a new gaming rig. But, since I dont have a win 10 , should I spend 30bucks to get one off kinguin, or should I just use my win7 key and install win7? I mean, is win10 worth the money, which I would rather not spend?

Solution
1. You shouldn't buy a win license from kinguin, for any version, at any price.

2. Your current Win 7 is likely tied to that original hardware. Non-transferable.

3. You're building a whole new PC. THe OS is just as much a part of it as anything else.

4. What you might try is...
Assuming your current Win 7 system runs, is valid, and is activated...
Try to Upgrade that to Win 10. Yes, the Upgrade window has long passed, but some people report it still works.
Create a Win 10 USB or DVD here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
See if it will update and activate.

If it does, then read and do this:

lol. i just answered the question that was merged here and got 404... anyway, install win 7 if your Parts have drivers for it. Save up and buy a licence from a reputable seller for more than 30 as that licence may become non usable later. That price is too good to be true, so I wouldn't trust it. Win 10 is worth waiting for.

This links the Win 10 digital entitlement to your MS account, rather than to specific hardware.
You can then install and activate on your new hardware.

Of course, this leaves your old hardware with no Windows OS.

Yes. F-111E. 68-074.
55th TFS, 20th TFW, RAF Upper Heyford. mid 70's.One of the first jets I actually touched and worked on.

Here, it is dropping 4 x GHU-1337.
(Guided Hammer Unit)

All of the jets in my sig pics have a personal connection.
Either I personally took the pic, or I was stationed at the same base at the same time, or I actually worked on it.
